TZJ 160
The Palazzani TZJ 160 is a highly compact and agile 16-metre “spider” aerial lift designed for versatility in tight or restricted job sites. With a working height of 16 m and an outreach of 7.6 m, it offers a generous basket capacity of 230 kg, making it suitable for two operators plus tools. Its articulated double-telescopic boom with jib enables precise maneuvering, while electro-hydraulic controls from either the ground or the basket ensure smooth operation. The TZJ 160 features extendable rubber tracks (775–955 mm) that allow it to navigate through standard doors, narrow gates, and uneven terrain confidently. An integrated inclinometer provides stability feedback during movement, and its compact footprint and light weight enhance transportability. The Palazzani TZX 210 is a high-performance spider lift that delivers a maximum working height of 21.2 metres and a horizontal outreach of 9.5 metres, making it ideal for challenging access tasks. Despite its long reach, it maintains a remarkably light operational weight of just 2.5 tonnes, thanks to its articulated, telescopic boom constructed from aluminum. The basket can carry up to 200 kg, supporting two workers and their equipment. Operators enjoy smooth, precise control via proportional electro-hydraulic systems from both the platform and the ground, while 360° turret rotation and a 140 × 70 cm basket with ±90° rotation provide excellent maneuverability. Available with non-marking rubber tracks for delicate surfaces or wheeled undercarriage, the TZX 210 is towable on a trailer and designed for versatility across indoor and outdoor jobs.
